If you have not received the tracking code it is likely that the package has not yet been shipped, wait 72 working hours, beyond these if the tracking code is not yet available contact us by e-mail or by filling out the contact form.
Per restituire un articolo bisogna mandare un e-mail a [email protected], indicando il numero dell'ordine e la motivazione (facoltativa) del reso, il reso può essere effettuato massimo entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell'articolo, la spedizione è a carico dell'acquirente e Metadelicious non si assume responsabilità su problemi con la consegna del reso.
Nel caso l'articolo non ha segni di utilizzo evidenti e quindi è idoneo al commercio come articolo nuovo, il rimborso verrà effettuato sul metodo di pagamento selezionato al momento del pagamento.
